昨晚睡覺前睇左一篇周日床上《感恩》，搞到成晚都心事重重，八點幾就醒左。星期六不用上班不是應該訓晏些嗎? 我好鍾意一個term，"自然醒" - 訓到幾點就幾點醒。身邊睡了另一個人，問她想幾點起身，她會答"自然醒"。
